please note very good that you do not need to mail me for:

1  asking how to use these kind of threads
i will not do your work, do it yourself

2  what the resistnce in ohm per meter is
a lot ask this but do not realise that it changes wildly to the usage
and the rest of the materials you work it in, over and or around
and also we get paid for doing this kind of R&D

3  what the actual technology behind it is
firms institutes and R&D think-tanks pays us per hour for this kind of info
so if you want to kno, be prepared to fo deep into your pockets
we have the knowhow on the cross-border thechnology between
the actual conceptual products that are beeing creted in the mind and the actual workabilety into industrial aplications
and the problem solving solutions for the industrial machines

4  if they are suitable for sewing machine x or y or z or....
that is so impossibel to say because again all depends on the type of machien your are having
the kind of sewig needles your are using
the materials you are using it on etc etc etc
there are so many variables in this equasion that it is  zero to nil to go and explain the why or why not...
there is one thingh i will tel you
most buy a rubbish sewing machie for 90euro pounds or even wors in a second hand shop
you need a GOOD machine wich does not EAT your threads or EAT your cloth you put on it
but at the other hand be awre that your good machine will be very fast eaten alife by these kind of special threads
so it is a quastion of  value you want to spend at hte project you will do..

5  if you can use them on your knitting machine or not
same question as sewing machine...
and the aswer is a bit the same

6 etc etc

if you have to ask these questions to me and you dont want to experiment yourself.....
then i wunder if you are worth having my marvlous threads in the first place....
and i know it sounds a bit harsh, but believe me
if i have to pre-mangé and prep you to use them
what is there of creativety left?

kind regards for your understanding

E-Textile Metal automotive special 2 ply 17Nm +16gram +16gram +-250mt

E-Textile Metal automotive special 2 ply 17Nm +16gram    +16gram +-250mt

15% extreme fine InoX Steel fibers + 85% special automotive polyprolpylene 2 ply 4408

the E textile AUTOMOTIVE

what is special about htis one?
well here deu for iso certifiation  in the automotive industry we use not a basis of cotton or not even a basis of polyamide
but a basis of polypropylene
the reason is that polyprop  does work on a complete differend level of chemestry then polyamide

one could almost say that polyamide is " natural" (and i biut it for a reason between brackets , it is pure NON natural ofcourse )
and works so much smoother in terms of coloring and aftertreating
but that is not wha tis wanted in automotive industry
no
we look to more deeper propertys
of fireretarding addetives
color fastnes reasons
structural cohesion on longer terms
durabilety
martindale testing reasons
conductivety or lack of it
etcetc
there are a thousand and one reasons to change this for the automotive industry

we give no more detaisl as that is pure R&D work you can do yourself
but again
i mention it so often
there are very very good reasons to have all differend types of materials mixed into the basis of the metal fibers
adn they are not just a fondness of this or that
no they are real and scientifique

so here we introduce to you the automotive special

E-Textile Metal Sewing HEAVY%metal 2 ply +-10gram +-10gram +250mt

E-Textile Metal Sewing HEAVY%metal 2 ply +-10gram    +-10gram +250mt

40% extreme fine InoX Steel fibers + 60% special PES super strong composite 4409

the E-textile heavy metal special

this is again one of those very rare to produce ones
here you have a very high % of metal fibres into the bases material
intimitly mixed for heaving all over a 40/60% mix

i can not stress  you enough
that the higher % does not automaticly result in better connections
no
it is all in the how you connect
how you make the pathways
how you construct the pathways into the original textile intended strcuture
etc
there are alwys a lot of varibales to take into the equasion
most only keep focusing on this type of thread and do not go that extra mile of thinking
please think your projects through and be thouroughly
go that extra mile whit your brain
even if it is a blond barbie or ken brain try and keep trying please
do it for mama and papa ..

the 40/60 heavy metal is slightly more stressfull on your sewing knitting embroidery etc machines
so be aware to change your sewing needles quite often on your machien when using htis
we recomend on every 100 meters of used thread to change the needles and even in very heavy usage to change your guidance systems
if they are not in special ceramics for heavy metaland corosive materials
every 1000 a 1500 meters
it will make a difference into the final results
and i know
many do not do this and wille ven say that you do not need to do it
well they are plain out right  "not smart" (lets be diplomatique and not say styupid ones...)
if sewing needles were that industrictable.... then they would be sold per 1
and not in packs of 2 or 5.....   i do not have stocks in sewing needles factorys... so i am not bias to what i say

change often
even if you think it is still ok
they do not cast a lot to buy

personaly i mostly will prefer the quilting types
they are a bit more gentile o the threads
but that last bit of advice is personal  liek i prefer vanilla to chocolate and strawberry...

so
we introduce you proudly the heavy metal
becasue there is  alot more metal inside  40% even

E-Textile Metal Sewing/embroidery special cordonnet    +27gram +250mt

20% extreme fine InoX Steel fibers + 80% special PES super strong composite 4411

E-TEXTILE CORDONNET
this time we used th polyesther version but we use on demand for bigger volumes all differend types of fibers
(on demand maens 75 kilo and upards per type you want us to produce for you, in any color possible even)
this is the cordonnet type of the sew version
if you need a more bigger connection unit this is what you want to use becasue you have 3 times more material in a section
this been said never ever make th fault and BIG mistake to overkill your work
most always looking ofr thicker and thicker threads for doing their works
it is not alwys in thicker that you will get more and better connections
the way you sew your pathway into textile is also very very very important to obtain a result
so please i do realy mean htis finer is sometimes better
becasue wiht finer you can do a lot more
all depends on the workload on the textile
the martindale tests needed for the endresult
if you work on a miletary or esa nasa thingh your constraints will be a lot differend then wha tyou woudl hvae for making
an etextiel for your uncle the butcher on the corner of the street
what does not say that your uncle is less strickt but.... you get the moint i hope
if you do start asking yourself the question what your uncle does eed to do here then i sugest strongly you get het hell out of here and tart growing tomatoes in your garden....

is used for the very flexibel joints
there were you can not put a to much of a less flexibel type of thread you wil use this in place
because the Inox steel fibers are 100% intimitly mixed into the cotton you have a super even mix
and therfore a ALWAYS E-Textile worthy connection

and on demand  we can do a lot of other thicknesses
from chainette structures to gimped versions
or in combo with filaments of every tipe possibel

ideal for embroidering soft feeling soft touch  E-textile connections

ideal for sewing thread wich will not go for a total loss and breakdown of you precious household type sewing machine
